prices have declined about 7% over last year prices for the same month.

Give the webpage a little time to display the results.. it sorts through the

Oregon is an enchanting place. I took the photo's on this page while
visiting local Oregon places of interest. The natural beauty and variety of
climates in the state attract people from all over the country- People come to
visit the Portland metro area as tourists. Many of those tourists conclude that
there's a LOT to see and do here - and become Oregonians.  I encourage you to click on the "SEARCH MLS"

searches by price, zip code, city, size,
type and many other criteria. Be patient..
because it loads the entire MLS, it may
take a few seconds. Take a look around.
Notice the tabs at the top of the page. Enter
a city or zip code or city in the search window.
Click on the search button to run the search. Up will pop pictures and details
of the home with a map to it's location including valuable neighborhood
information - zoom in and zoom out - add the street overlay.. see the streets
and view a map from above. Google maps will give you a curbside look. Zillow
will show an "estimated" value under the "tools" tab.
